   Log on Emtel App (available on Play Store & App Store)

   Select 'Pay Bill' on your profile card

3. 3

   Validate & Edit Mobile or Airbox number and the amount payable

4. 4

   Select Payment Method & Proceed to Pay

Steps to pay bill via E-Commerce

   Connect on www.emtel.com

2. 2

   Select 'Pay Bill'-Mobile or Airbox under Pay & Recharge

3. 3

   Enter “Mobile Number and “Amount”, click on “Next”

4. 4

   Click on “Pay now”

5. 5

   Enter “Card Number”, “Expiry Month” and “Expiry Year”, “Card Holder Name” & “Security code”

   Click on “Next” to confirm the payment.

Steps to pay bill via Self-Care online payment or Recharge

   Log into Selfcare

2. 2

   Select “Bill Payment/ Recharge”

3. 3

   Go to “To Pay your postpaid bill, click here”

4. 4

   Enter Mobile Number

5. 5

   Amount (Minimum of Rs 50) & click “NEXT”

   Click on “Pay Now”, then enter your card number details and click on “Next

Steps for payment via Emtel Cash

   Dial *110# or Log on Emtel App (available on Play Store & App Store)

   Choose 3 "Bill Payment”

   Select 3 "Emtel"

   Enter the mobile number

   Enter the amount

   Check the information and then enter your PIN

   Enter Mobile or Airbox number and the Amount to be paid

Steps to pay bill using mcb Internet Banking

   Log On Internet Banking

   Select option:
   - local bank transfer to Emtel account Or
   - Bill payment option if available.

   Enter destination (Emtel Account Number where money will be
   transferred to)

   Select Emtel

5. 5

   Enter amount to be transferred (Amount you wish to pay for your Emtel Bill) In Comment/ Additional field enter the mobile number for which bill payment is being effected (Emtel Mobile Number, Emtel Account Number or Emtel or Mac Address). Then, confirm the transaction.

Steps for payment via Direct Debit

   Fill In the Direct Debit Form in either an Emtel Shop or with an Emtel Representative.

   Provide your Bank Account Number, Name of the Bank Account holder, Address as required.

   Upon confirmation of Direct Debit set up, first deduction will take place from your Bank Account.

   Enter Mobile Number and amount to be paid.

STEPS TO PAY BILL USING ABSA APP

   Log on Absa App (available on Play store & App Store)

   Go to the Absa Online Registration page

   Enter your 16-digit ATM card number and your ATM PIN number and click on the 'Next' button

   If you only have one account, your relevant access account number will be pre-populated
