1. Who can subscribe to Emtel Family Bundles?
Emtel Family Bundle is available to individual postpaid customers only. Corporate accounts are not eligible.

2. How do I get started?
Simply choose your main postpaid plan (from one of the 4 Postpaid bundles) and add more connections under your account. Discounts will be applied automatically.

3. Can existing Emtel customers join the Emtel Family Bundles?
Yes, existing postpaid customers can add new lines under their account and start benefitting from the discounts.

4. Which plans can I add as additional lines?
Additional lines must be selected from the Emtel Postpaid Bundles: Rs 599, Rs 899, Rs 1099 and Rs 2099.
The add on plan must be equal to or lower in value than the primary (main) plan on your account.

5. Can I add any plan as an additional line?
No, only eligible postpaid bundle plans can be added and they must follow the same or lower rule.

6. How many lines can I add to my account?
You can add up to 3 additional lines, giving you a total of 4 connections under one account.

7. How are the discounts applied?
Discounts are applied progressively on each additional line:
- 1 st line: 15% OFF
- 2 nd line: 25% OFF
- 3 rd line: 35% OFF Each discount applies to the base monthly bundle price of that line

8. Do the discounts apply to out of bundle usage?
No, the discounts apply only to the monthly bundle fee. Any out of bundle usage will be charged at standard rates.

9. Will I receive multiple bills?
No, you will receive only one single bill covering all lines under your account.

10. Can I add new lines later?
Yes, you can add lines at any time, (up to the maximum limit), and the applicable discount tier will be applied automatically.

11. What happens if I remove a line?
If a line is removed, the discount structure will be adjusted based on the remaining number of active lines.

12. When do the discounts stop?
Discounts will continue as long as all eligibility conditions are met, including the number of active lines and plan requirements.

Can I use the allocated SMS on my bundle for international SMS or SMS to premium services?
The SMS offered, as part of this bundle, is for local SMS only. International SMS and SMS to premium services are not part of this offer.

What is the Fair usage policy of the new Mobile Data Packs?
When the customer has reached the package allocated volume, a fair usage policy shall apply with Download speed: 256 Kbps and Upload speed: 256 Kbps till the validity of the pack.
If customer wishes to continue to enjoy 5G browsing speed when the package volume has been used up before the package expiry period, the customer may activate another pack anytime.
