1. The Kid Plan is available exclusively to Emtel Individual Customers

2. The plan may only be subscribed by a parent or legal guardian who agrees that the SIM will be used by a minor.

3. Subscription to the plan on postpaid is subject to credit approval and standard verification procedures.

4. The 2GB data allowance is strictly limited to browsing websites and online resources on the current "Whitelist." Access to any website, service, or online content not explicitly on the Whitelist is blocked when using the Plan's mobile data.

5. The plan does not provide general, unrestricted internet access. It provides access only to designated whitelist

6. To preserve the controlled environment, PAY-As-You-Go data charges and data Top up packs cannot be added to this plan. The monthly 2GB whitelist data is the only data access provided.

7. The restrictions and whitelist access apply only when the user’s device is connected via Emtel’s mobile data network. Emtel has no control over and accepts no liability for the user’s internet activity when connected to Wi-Fi, other mobile networks or any other internet source.

8. This plan includes 30 local minutes and 100 local SMS, any usage beyond these allowances will be billed at excess rates.

9. International calls, premium services and value added services are not included and will be billed separately.

10. The plan offers access to a curated list of educational, creative and kid friendly websites across categories.

11. Emtel reserves the right to update, add or remove websites from the whitelist at any time based on educational suitability, safety compliance or technical factors.

12. Some websites may load assets (images, videos, scripts) from third party domains. Full accessibility depends on available whitelisted resources.

13. Emtel is not liable

a. for the content, accuracy or availability of any third party website on the whitelist.
b. any inability to access a whitelisted site due to technical issues with that site’s servers.
c. the user’s activity or access when connected to Wi-Fi or any hotspot

14. Unused data, SMS and voice minutes do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

15. Standard postpaid billing rules apply for overdue payments, suspension and reactivation.

16. Emtel reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice as per legal requirements.
