Executive-Trade Marketing and Go to Market (Ref: ETM)
Preferred Qualifications & Experience: 
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing or similar fields
  • Additional studies in communication will be an advantage
  • 5 plus years of experience in related field in Media, Digital Marketing , Events and PR

Sales Promoters (Ref: SP)
Requirements
  • Be dynamic, self-driven, organized and prepared to work odd hours with a zeal to acquire new customers.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and willingness to take initiatives.
  • Possess the ability to maintain strong client relationship and high level of personal integrity.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum School Certificate
  • Previous working experience in a selling environment will be an advantage

Officer- Legal and Regulatory Affairs (Ref: LRA)
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and co-ordinate ongoing legal contracts.
  • Assist in day to day legal and regulatory matters when required.
  • Represent the Company in various meetings and forums in the Government and other regulatory circles and facilitate visits / meetings with the government agencies in order to resolve issues or fulfill the requirement of the regulatory authorities where required.
  • Contribute to the formulation of policies on issues concerned with interconnect payments, customer's complaints in order to comply with the regulatory requirements.
  • Obtain approvals from Government and regulatory authority on tariffs and other related services and provide assistance and facilitation to various sections within the company for timely implementation of approved services.
  • Pro-actively gather information and lobby for the interest of the Company, within government circles in order to maintain productive working relationships with the authorities.
  • Analyze the Regulatory framework which includes the Regulations, Policies, Determinations & Consultations Papers issued by Authority (ICTA).
  • Responsible of the routine basis correspondence with the government bodies like the ICTA, Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies and other Cellular & fixed operators on behalf of Emtel.
  • Provide legal assistance in routine operational legal matters such as drafting and reviewing of contracts.
  • Monitor legal costs.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
  • Holder of LLB (Honours) from a recognized University or equivalent
  • LLM and Bar Vocational Course

Business Development Executives (Ref: BDE)
Key Responsibilities
  • New customer Prospecting for Enterprise Products & Services (internet, VPN, IPL, Data center etc.).
  • Develop strategies and plans to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare needs analysis, present all products and services, and submit proposals together with the pre sales team.
  • Negotiate and close deals with appropriate offers.
  • Update customers on new products and services, and ensure customers’ retention.
  • Deliver proposals to customers and advising on the defined loyalty programs for existing customers to minimize churn.
  • Keep abreast with technology and latest telecommunication products and services.
  • Ensure healthy and effective pipeline management; Follow up on expiry contract of corporate customers

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum: HSC + Certificate in Sales & Marketing or ICT related field
  • Minimum: 2 years' direct selling experience within the Telecom /IT Sector.
  • Valid driving licence for private car (manual) is a must.
