- Head of Emtel Business
- To devise strategies and long term B2B business plans to increase Emtel market share in the business sectors of Mauritius.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Seasoned professional with at least 10 years’ experience in a sales role within a telecom, financial services, banking or consulting environment.
- University degree preferably in Business, Marketing, IT or Engineering.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer base and strengthen the relationship with corporates.
- Achieve business targets on all relevant Emtel business KPIs as per organization financial objectives.
- Create new revenue sales models and go-to-market plans to accelerate revenue generation.
- Conduct reporting on sales funnel, Prospect Management, Lead generation and other relevant KPIs.
- Provide weekly, monthly, & quarterly reports on all KPIs to sales team and manage their performance to drive higher productivity.
- Track Customer acquisition cycle, Customer application forms Signing, installation, Billing, churn and correlation with monthly revenue forecasting.
- Execute big projects in coordination with relevant teams.
- Undertake business case analysis, prepare and submit timely proposals to prospects.
- Drive management of partners and stakeholders.

- Strong business acumen and commercial orientation, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Mature and independent mindset, able to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as team player

- Outdoor Sales Representative (Temporary Contract)
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- HSC Minimum.
- 1-2 years' direct selling experience ideally would be a plus but not mandatory.
- Past experience in Door to Door / Cold Callings sales will be a definite advantage.
- Door to Door selling to promote our services.
- Grow our customer base and maintain a professional relationship with our customers.
- Your own means of transportation, (car or motorcycle), is a must.
