Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve targets for KPI’s set by Emtel Management
- Ensure Telecalling of customers to inform them of their due amount for Postpaid Mobile & Airbox
- Ensure that retention of both Prepaid & Postpaid Airbox Customers is being performed
- Acknowledge the emails from the different touch points related to Airbox/ Mobile retentions
- Follow-up and closure of cases escalated to the CLM team on CRM/ iCRM
- Welcome calls to Airbox customers to build relationships with the customers
- Resolve queries or complaints during outbound calls
- Carry out surveys to collect Voice of Customers
- Work on related projects based in CLM
- Work on projects related to KYC & blink
- Report on Retention activities, dunning calls and any other required reports
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum diploma or Higher School Certificate holder
- At least two (2) years’ work experience in related field
Required Skills and Aptitudes:
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- Excellent customer service skills including complaints handling

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage clients’ end to end projects/portfolios
- Implement and commission Enterprise Services as per the agreed Scope of Work by client
- Implement Security Solutions to customers
- Provide technical support to customers and own the Incident management process

Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering any related field
- CCNA certification or any other applicable vendor’s certifications
- Minimum two-years’ experience with vendor solutions such as Fortinet and Palo Alto

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administration of Oracle, PostGres, MySql, MS SQL Server database
- Define users and enable data distribution to the right user in required format
- Manage and monitor user access, privileges and security
- Minimise database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses
- Assist in administration of high availability/cluster architecture
- Document troubles and associated resolutions to problems
- Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security
- Install and test new versions of the database management system (DBMS) like Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum BSc in Computing field and relevant certifications
- At least two years’ experience as a DBA will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Oracle, PostGres, MySql, MS SQL Server database will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Unix OS (Redhat, SUSE Linux, Solaris) and Windows Server Operating system
- Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL
- Familiarity with database design, documentation and coding
- Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third party tools
- Familiarity with programming languages API

Service Operations Centre (SOC) Analyst – Network and Media

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Detect and manage all network incident and Satellite / Internet (OTT) based content services as per process and procedure in force
- Perform in first level troubleshooting for network incidents and satellite / Internet (OTT) detected through monitoring and testing of services provided by Emtel and MC Vision
- Conduct video editing and reconstruction to produce assets from recorded streams (cut-n-stitch activity) manage until assets is published on Canal plus platform
- Conduct functional escalation of all ageing incident requests
- Perform management escalation for all incident reports requiring management intervention
- Enforce incident request quality across lifecycle
- Contribute to Qualitative analysis of network faults every month
- Contribute to monthly Audit and Reconciliation report
- Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports as per process and procedure in place
- Report recurrent and atypical events on a monthly basis
- Broadcast of communications for all planned events within agreed timeframes
- Ensure updates are sent out for delayed planned events
- Ensure closure of emails done systematically after completion of planned events
- Contribute to efficient management of Change Management process including PDS (Plan de Service)
- Perform testing related to customer’s satellite reception issues and liaise with call centre / MC Vision customer service
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Diploma in Telecommunications (City & Guilds) / NTC 2 in Telecommunications
- Degree holder in Telecommunication will be an advantage
- Preference with ITILv3 Foundation
- At least 2 years of experience in related field
