  • How can I access Emtel Self Care?
    Go to the Emtel Corporate Website on www.emtel.com and click on tab “Self Care”
  • How do I register?
    Select “Register a new account” and enter:
    a) Your Username
    b) Your Emtel Mobile Number
    c) Email Address

    Within a few minutes, the registered mobile number will receive an SMS with the One Time Password (OTP).
  • How many characters I need to include in my password while login on the Emtel Self Care Portal?
    Your password must meet the following requirements:
    a) At least one letter
    b) At least one capital letter
    c) At least one number
    d) Be at least 8 characters
    e) Have at least 1 special character
  • I have 3 Emtel mobile postpaid numbers, can I have access to these 3 numbers at once by using the Identifier?
    Yes. All the numbers associated to your Account identifier will be displayed on your Self Care account, provided that the identifier being used to connect to the Self Care account has been set as Self Care Administrator.
  • What is an Identifier?
    An identifier is the Emtel Mobile number that will give access to Self Care account.
  • Do I have to pay a fee for registering to and using the Emtel Self Care service?
    No, registration and access to Self Care is free of charge.
  • I have already registered to the previous mobile Emtel Self Care. Can I use my previous credentials to login on the new Emtel Self Care?
    To have access to the new enhanced Self Care, you need to register again through www.emtel.com You can use the same credentials. In case of wrong password, you can click on ‘Forget Password’ link on the Self Care homepage.
  • Does Emtel Self Care show my real time consumption?
    Your usage and detailed usage are updated every hour.
  • Which type of card(s) can I use to make payments?
    Payments can be made through Credit cards only (Visa/Master Card)
  • Historical bills are available for what period?
    Bills for the last 6 months are available on Self Care.
  • How do I retrieve my password if same has been forgotten?
    On your Self Care homepage, click on “Forgot your password”
  • How can I view the detailed usage of previous months?
    On your Self Care homepage, go to “Call Details” where you can view the type of usage like SMS, Calls, and Data...
  • How to view a request/complaint?
    On your Self Care homepage, click on “Tickets” to view all tickets which have been registered for your number(s).
  • How can I track my request status?
    On your Self Care homepage, click on “Tickets”. You will see all requests created and their status.
  • Where can I view my payment history?
    On your Self Care homepage, click on “Transaction Details” to have an overview of all previous bills settled.
  • How can I pay my bills?
    On your Self Care homepage, click “Bill Payment/ Recharge”. Select the bill(s) you want to settle, click on Pay and follow the steps.
  • I have already registered to the new Emtel Self Care but cannot acces it now. Why?
    If you are already registered on your new Self Care and do not have access to it, please ensure that the SIM you are using has not changed ownership and is active. You may also contact our Customer Care for FREE on 8970 for FREE or if you are a corporate user, you may contact your Emtel Account Manager for assistance.
