CHIEF CUSTOMER OPERATIONS OFFICER (Ref: CCOO)
Purpose of the Job
  • Develop, implement and monitor service delivery processes and standards across customer touch-points to provide defined levels of service excellence, and innovative and best in class ‘Customer Experience’.

Primary Accountabilities
  • Develop the Customer Service Department strategy for the company and provide related strategic inputs to ensure achievement of high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement functional plans and budgets in line with annual business plans, monitor plan achievement on a regular basis.
  • Drive implementation of defined policies and optimization of departmental processes and systems to ensure efficient customer service delivery operations across all customer touch points such as activation, installations, billing, dunning, credit control and collection.
  • Develop and establish data capture and review systems to drive plan compliance and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the process of vendor/partner management and development to drive focus on service delivery and quality.
  • Build necessary capabilities in the function to ensure that the Customer Service Department team acts as a true high performing team.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
  • Overall experience of 10+ years with more than 6 years of experience in managing service operations in Hospitality, Retail and/or Telecom industry at senior management levels
