What is Emtel Per Second Billing (PSB)?
Emtel Per Second Billing is a pricing mechanism where all your local mobile call charges are rounded up to the second instead of to the nearest minute or 30 seconds. Per Second Billing is applicable from the FIRST second of a call!

PSB does NOT apply for calls to:
1. Audio text (301XXXX/302XXXX/303XXXX)
2. Other special services number like Online MT Directory – 150 & 152

What does it mean?
With per second billing, calls are billed to their exact duration, without any time minimum per call. A 13 second call is billed for 13 seconds and will NOT be charged for 30 seconds.
